Party City

Kim (I believe she is a manager) was awesome! She was so friendly and engaged me as soon as I approached the counter. She was pleasant to chat with and upbeat. I brought in some walker animal balloons I purchased on Amazon to inflate and one instantly started deflating. She immediately offered to help calling herself "the balloon whisperer". Sure enough, she located the holes in my little pig and patched them for me. You rarely encounter people being so friendly or eager to help so I had to leave a review.

I placed an order for pick up a day in advance for 4 balloons (nothing crazy). I arrive 30 mins early from my pick up time because I was ahead of schedule on my errands. I was told my order wasn't ready so I asked when it will be done and I was told, when my scheduled pick up is and at that point, it was only 20 mins away. I waited 10 mins and didn't see anything happening so I decided to run another errand and come back. I returned 1 hour later than my scheduled pick up and it was still not done! Again, I asked how long is it going to take?! She told me there were 4 balloon orders ahead of me so it will take 2 hours..... What?!?!? How is that even possible? Why didn't she tell me it was going to be hours worth of waiting the first time?! I wasted over an hour of my time trying to get 4 balloons and in the end, I cancelled my order because I had a party to host... I was not going to come back. It's been 2 days since I cancelled my order and I still have not received my refund back on my credit card. Sooooo upset with the customer service and I will not be back.

Went here last night the gentleman at the first register was amazing very friendly treated and greeted everyone very energetically. The lady with the pink hair looked mad or maybe even sick but she kept popping up out of nowhere a few times made us a little uncomfortable, she never spoke or asked did we need help with anything just gave a death stare before disappearing.They have sooo much stuff however they could use more Barbie or have a bigger selection for Barbie stuff. If you guys haven’t been you should check it out its huge in there and when you enter the friendly welcome to the party greeting is guaranteed to make your day or change it around af you having a bad one.
